A well-established main contractor delivering high-quality projects across London is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background. The business operates across hotel refurbishment, commercial cut & carve, fit out, and complex refurbishment schemes, typically within occupied or logistically challenging environments. Projects range from high-end hotel upgrades through to structural commercial refurbishments and CAT A / CAT B fit outs.
This role would suit an all-round Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership from pre-construction through delivery and handover, with strong technical understanding and the ability to manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, programmes, and site teams effectively.
Key experience required:- Engineering or technical construction background
- Proven delivery of refurbishment and commercial projects
- Experience within hotels, fit out, and cut & carve schemes preferred
- Strong programme and sequencing knowledge
- Client-facing with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage projects autonomously
- Stable career history within main contracting
