Senior Project Manager I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for Senior Project Manager, to oversee large new build school around Essex as no1, from planning to handover.

Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
Oversee schemes as No1 - managing the whole build process from start to finish.
Requirements for Senior Project Manager Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
Ideally but not essential, previous experience overseeing a new build school.
Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
