Senior Operations Manager position to cover refurbishment works within Social Housing in the Northeast of the UK with a Tier 1 Contractor, you'll be covering Capital Works such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing and more.

What you'll be doing

Covering Tyne & Wear area's to represent the company brand, with a focus on compliance, team building and quality standards.

Lead the teams in Capital Works and Retrofit such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing and more.

Monitor progress of the schemes to ensure completion within timelines and budgets.

Develop strong relationships with clients and continue to build the trust throughout the region.

Recruit new members for the team and mentor to high levels of operational service delivery.

What you'll need

Previous experience working in a similar role with a thorough management background.

Involvement in schemes for high-rise and high-risk buildings, such as roofing, fire protection, groundwork's, structural works, internal refurbishments and more.
