Senior Document Controller/ Information Manager Role – Aconex\\n\\nLocation: Farringdon\\n\\nFull Time, Fully site/office based\\n\\nPermanent basis\\n\\nAconex experience essential\\n\\nI am currently working with a medium sized contractor contractor in the recruiting of a Senior Document Controller/ Information Manager to oversee various London based projects for our client. \\n\\nThe DC is responsible for managing all correspondence and documentation for a project. The system they use is Aconex and you must have experience using this, and comfortable to teach this to more junior DCs.
\\n\\nYou will report directly to the Technical Director and will look after the following;\\n\\nActing as the lead interface for the internal and (if relevant) clients external document control system.\\nEnsure all project documentation is stored and up to date on the internal document control system (Enterprise)\\nEnsure all relevant documentation is uploaded to the client's document control system, maintaining up to date, organised and tidy folders and supersede old documents with new revisions.\\nEnsure a document tracker is created and kept up to date for all documents submitted to the Client/ Principal Contractor\\nFiling Drawings and all other relevant Temporary Works documents \\n\\nPlease could you apply to be considered for this excellent opportunity, or contact Paige Camies at the Fawkes & Reece office for more information
