This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working across multiple sites, delivering excellent customer service, and managing the sales process from first enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales cover across developments in South East London, Kent, and Essex.
  • Guide customers through the full home-buying journey.
  • Carry out property viewings and build strong customer relationships.
  • Liaise with solicitors and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression.
  • Support the wider sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Confidently manage both single and multi-manned developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in New Homes sales or estate agency.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends.
