You will communicate scope, schedule, and impacts, provide regular updates and manage enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
You will build relationships with residents, coordinate access, monitor satisfaction, and maintain accurate records while working with site teams to minimise disruption and ensure safeguarding and data protection compliance.
