My client is looking to recruit a site manager for an initial 2 month contract to work on a refurbishment project in Reading.

Candidates must have worked for a main contractor and on refurbishment projects in the past. The successful candidate must be able to display a hands-on approach and be locally based to Reading.

Candidates must have:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid

and be from a trades background with a solid work history as a site manager. Candidates must be able to obtain a BPSS security pass.

Immediate start for the successful candidate and the contract could run until January 2027.
