QA Manager About the Role: Step into a role that\’s about more than just oversight; it\’s about driving excellence. As a Construction Quality Assurance Manager, you are crucial in maintaining the highest quality standards across all project stages. Collaborate with skilled site teams, innovative subcontractors, and creative design teams to maintain and elevate the standard from groundbreaking to handover. What You Will Do: Enforce compliance with bespoke designs and detailed specifications, supporting your actions with solid evidence. Forge robust partnerships with construction and design teams, enhancing the synergy across projects. Develop and deploy targeted training to bolster QA compliance, ensuring our teams are equipped and informed. Lead quality inspections and mentor site-based staff to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Generate insightful quality reports, driving continuous improvement across our projects. Influence design and specifications to preemptively address potential construction challenges. Oversee critical post-handover works and champion our quality standards until the final sign-off. Facilitate meticulous apartment handovers, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards. Who You Are: A seasoned professional with substantial experience in Production or Construction Management, particularly within the building industry. Adept in understanding construction trades, building standards, and warranty provider requirements. Well-versed in Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation with a strong track record in construction quality inspections.
