We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for a Project Manager around the Islington area. This will be on a 500+ unit RC Frame apartment scheme.
Our client has many RC Frame projects across London and strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. The project has multiple phases, so the candidate would need experience on all stages of the build, from groundworks to handover.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Oversee a phase of the large scale, RC frame, residential scheme.
- Manage a team of Site Managers.
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 500+ units of RC frame apartments.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
