Main Responsibilities
- Support Project teams in defining project hot topics
- Conduct regular site visits
- Arrange and direct photography and videos to capture key project events, including capture of construction capability
- Draft project content for the website, capability documents, brochures, live projects
- Integrate corporate branding and narrative into text, supported by relevant images
- Develop, write, manage and post a range of content on the company's internal and external communications channels (intranet, internal emails, website, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
- Work with project teams and business development to deliver external-facing events and campaigns, e.g. ground-breaking, topping out, opening ceremonies, customer networking events
- Develop robust relationships with sector leads, project teams in company function teams, providing communications and branding support
- Work with our external digital agency to produce briefs for video production and digital content around key hot topics and technical projects to strengthen the brand position
- Ensure the company's brand guidelines are followed in all communications activities, briefing our external graphic designer
