CONTRACT UNTIL MARCH 2027 - SOCIAL HOUSING KITCHEN SCHEME* We're Hiring: Tenant Liaison Officer Location: Preston Sectors: Social Housing Project Types: Kitchens Pay rate: £16-17 per hour UMBRELLA PAY Duration: September 2026 - March 2027 We are hiring for a Tenant Liaison Officer in Preston, starting in September until March 2027. This scheme is a kitchens scheme so previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. Duties of the Tenant Liaison Officer include: Pre-entry visits and company inductions Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues Monitor customer satisfactionThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face to face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors. Tenant Liaison experience is preferable but not essential!
