An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking construction business based in West Malling.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven background in managing the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to project handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the full pre-construction lifecycle
- Coordinating bids, tenders, and proposals
- Working closely with estimating, commercial, and operational teams
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Reviewing project feasibility, risks, and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships
- Ensuring programmes, costs, and technical submissions are aligned
- Previous experience in a Pre-Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procurement routes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
