A opportunity for a Pre-construction Design Manager to work with a Tier 1 house builder completing PCSA's on residential projects.

I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Pre-construction Design Manager to join their Team. This is an opportunity to be site based, as well remote working. As a Pre-construction Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Design Director, Regional Technical Manager and Construction Director.

Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.

This is an opportunity for a Pre-construction Design Manager to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 3 months and then you can join the business on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing support with a Main Contractor.

The ideal candidate for Pre-construction Design Manager:

  • Residential experience
  • Tier 1 House Building experience
  • PCSA experience
