Fawkes & Reece is hiring a Construction Administrator for a client in Trafford Park. The role involves completing administrative tasks, tracking and logging documentation for a HMP scheme. Previous construction experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.
- Provide administrative support for office and site teams.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase order, and timesheet processes.
- Track and log incoming and outgoing project documentation and compliance.
- Manage filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
- Maintain records of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Input and update data in company systems.
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Previous experience in construction.
- Strong organisational skills.
