Key aspects of the role:

  • Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily roofing schemes, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
  • Overseeing the works, working alongside the Site Manager leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
  • Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
  • Using your knowledge of roofing, rendering, and more external schemes to drive the contract to completion.

What you'll need:

  • Strong experience in Social Housing Refurbishment construction - ideally prior knowledge in roofing.
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
