Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor, degree qualified, commutable distance to Norwich.
Responsibilities:- Cost Planning and Budget
- Managing Procurement and subcontract management
- Contract administration
- Valuations and payments
- Cost reporting
- Previous experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor
- Degree qualified
- Good understanding of commercial methods & construction industry
- At least 7 years of experience
- Administered JCT or NEC contracts
