Fawkes & Reece are working with a client who has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Growth Manager to join a fast-growing fashion brand with an established international reputation. This is a unique opportunity to take complete ownership of the marketing function from day one, building on strong foundations already in place and playing a key role in the next stage of the company's growth.

As the Marketing & Growth Manager, you will be the company's first marketing hire, taking ownership of all digital marketing activities across paid advertising, email marketing, social media, wholesale partnerships and brand growth. With paid campaigns already running, over 800 SEO pages live, email content prepared and a pipeline of warm wholesale leads ready for follow-up, you'll have everything you need to focus on execution, optimisation and growth.

This is an autonomous role offering genuine responsibility, flexibility and the opportunity to shape the future marketing strategy while helping grow a culturally significant brand with global recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Test new audiences, creatives and advertising copy to improve campaign performance.
  • Launch and manage Google Shopping and TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on ROAS, revenue and campaign performance.
  • Plan and send weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Build and optimise automated email flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back sequences.
  • Grow the email subscriber database and increase repeat customer purchases.
  • Manage Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest content calendars.
  • Engage with customers through comments, direct messages and user-generated content.
  • Follow up warm wholesale enquiries from museums, retailers and boutiques.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting, press opportunities and podcast appearances.
  • Develop new wholesale outreach opportunities and partnership pipelines.
  • Produce weekly reports highlighting marketing performance, growth opportunities and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing paid social advertising campaigns with measurable commercial success.
  • Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media content creation and channel management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple marketing channels independently.
  • Analytical mindset with experience monitoring campaign performance and implementing improvements.
  • An interest in fashion, culture or heritage brands would be advantageous.
