New Business Director Role
Full-time, permanent position.
Office based in London with occasional travel for meetings.
Requires a strong construction background.
The role works with a large Property Developer that has recently expanded to include furniture, fittings & equipment services. The developer owns and operates four student blocks with approximately 1000 beds and has a pipeline of 10 additional student accommodation sites.
The incumbent will be responsible for finding business opportunities, being proactive, and building upon existing infrastructure and relationships. There may be occasional travel to China to build and maintain relationships.
The successful candidate will play a part in the business growth and help expand the new division within the broader organization.
