They specialise in retrofit/energy efficiency upgrades to tenanted social housing properties across the country.
They are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis, working on retrofit/energy efficiency upgrades work to tenanted Social Housing properties on two sites in the Stoke and Chester areas.
Work will include - door undercuts, trickle vent blocking, drilling core holes etc.
You will be reporting into a Project Manager and your responsibilities will include: Supervising tradesman and sub-contractors to ensure work is being completed to a high standard of quality, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
