Responsible for managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to final submission. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Produce accurate, competitive, and commercially sound tenders. Responsibilities of Senior Estimator Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation. Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations. Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. Attend site visits, tender interviews, and client meetings. Work collaboratively with the pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams. Assess project risks and opportunities during the tender process.
