About the role of Mechanical Supervisor As a Mechanical Supervisor you will have the chance to work with a leading MEP sub-contractor, there are two projects we are currently hiring for – a commercial fit-out project in Liverpool Street and a retail project in Mayfair. Responsibilities for Mechanical Supervisor Oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance plan. Review inspection results and ensure appropriate actions are taken to meet reliability targets. Coordinate the deployment of labour, parts, and equipment resources. Manage the mechanical team by focusing on productivity, motivation, and discipline. Monitor the performance of staff and contractors to ensure tasks are executed as planned.
