As a lead supplier to the UK's premier MEP contractors, we have been approached by a tier one fit-out Contractor to help them in the search for a Mechanical Engineer to work on projects ranging in MEP value from £5m to £25M across the following sectors:

  • Commercial fit-out
  • Life Sciences
  • Data Centres
  • Healthcare/Hospitals

The role involves Pre-construction and Design and typical duties will be:

  • Designing and developing Mechanical, HVAC and Ductwork systems
  • Creating technical documents using CAD software (REVIT)
  • Conducting research and testing at off-site facilities
  • Overseeing quality control
  • Collaborating with installation teams on various design and co-ordination issues
  • Estimations and variations as required
  • Procurement
