We are looking for Freelance Site Managers for upcoming projects across the Northwest starting in the next 2 weeks. Projects are commercial refurbishments/fitouts.

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:

  • Oversee upcoming commercial projects
  • Work alongside Project Director daily
  • Ensure projects are on-time and to client spec
  • Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
  • Liaise with client regularly

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:

  • Experience as a Site Manager (tier 1 experience or experience in commercial)
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, any other certs you may have
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Manager's position
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
