PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED - SCHOOL ROOF BUILD
Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a roofing project at a school in Malvern.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from start to completion, ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the roofing project
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Liaise with the school, client and other project stakeholders
- Monitor programme, quality and costs
- Ensure all health & safety requirements are met
- Resolve site issues and keep the project moving to schedule
- Maintain clear project records and reporting
We are looking for
- Proven experience managing construction/roofing projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of health & safety and site procedures
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and contractors
- Experience working on live or occupied sites, ideally schools or similar environments
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS/CSCS would be advantageous
