We're working with a leading PLC developer to find an Assistant Site Manager to join a brand-new 250-unit traditional build development near Maidstone. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in delivering a 250-unit traditional build housing development
- Support the Site Manager in overseeing subcontractors and daily site operations
- Drive build progress in line with programme and achieve site KPIs
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation
- Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and assist with inspections
- Monitor quality, snagging, and ensure homes are delivered to a high specification
- Must have experience working as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding
- Background with a medium to large developer or high-volume housebuilder
- Strong knowledge of NHBC standards, inspections, and quality processes
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Up to 55,000 basic salary
