Rate - £26 per hour CIS
The scope of works will include the following:
- Carry out CP4 morning and evening where required
- CP12 on completion of property
- Cap off kitchen supply for rip out of existing kitchen
- Carry out first fix plumbing to kitchen
- Carry out 2nd fix plumbing to kitchen
- Relocation of radiators where required
- Disconnect gas cooker for rip out
- Plumb in gas cooker on completion of works
- Relocate cooker point if required (typically cooker points remain in the same location)
- Replace stop tap if required
