An exceptional forward-thinking regional contractor based in the South West is seeking a Document Controller to join their business based out of their regional office in Bristol.

About the role of Document Controller

As Document Controller you will support their design team and provide additional support to their already existing and long-standing Document Control team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining their Document Control system with preferable previous experience using Pro-core and Viewpoint.

Responsibilities for Document Controller

  • Responsible for navigating and improving their document management systems, streamlining the processes and ensuring all information is accurate, up to date & accessible.
  • Provide a line of communication between site and design team, guaranteeing process, support and training to all relevant individuals.
  • Creating and overseeing project protocols based on the contract documents and internal ISO19650 standards.

Requirements for Document Controller

  • Previous construction industry exposure and experience operating at Document Control level preferably proficient with Pro-core & A-site.
  • Regular travel to and from sites in the South area will be required in this role so applicants must hold a driving license.
  • Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions, ISO 19650.
