We're recruiting for a high-performing workplace interiors specialist that delivers inspiring workplace environments and high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit-outs across Central London.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role from pre-construction through to final delivery, managing projects up to £15m in value. You will work closely with senior leadership and directors with Tier 1 backgrounds, enjoying significant influence on project decisions and real opportunities for progression and increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage commercial office fit-out projects (CAT A, CAT B and light structural works) from pre-construction through procurement, planning and delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, programming, cost reporting, risk management and quality assurance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply chain and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and drive best practice in health & safety, quality and standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams, including subcontractors, to achieve high performance and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-outs (CAT A and CAT B) in London, ideally up to £15m in value.
  • Strong background in traditional contract delivery with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor or fit-out specialist.
  • Excellent stakeholder, client and team management skills with the ability to make and influence decisions at senior level.
  • A structured, organised and proactive approach to project planning and delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and problem-solving ability.
