I am working with a New Homes Developer who have residential developments within the M25. They are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team ideally with 5+ years residential maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve with defects, likely to come from a background in the trades e.g. Painting, Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery.
Day to day duties:
- Resolve defects in a speedy manner
- Complete all required paperwork (time sheets) for submission to the Divisional offices
- Carry out inspections of reported defects as and when required
- Report any repetitive defects on active and non-active sites to the Customer Care Manager
