Our client is an award winning, family run main contractor based in East London. They specialise in social housing refurbishments with sizes ranging up to £40 mill. They currently have around 100 people within the business and was founded in 2001.
Our client currently has a bids team that consists of 2-3 bid writers and 1 bid coordinator. The team is vastly growing, and they are looking for someone to head up the bids team. They are looking for a head for bids with social housing and management experience.
