A well-established and financially secure main contractor is looking to appoint a Digital Construction Manager to support a major commercial refurbishment scheme in Central London. The role will play a key part in delivering a high-profile Stage 5 commercial project, working closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to drive digital delivery standards across the scheme.

The Role

  • Manage and coordinate BIM and digital construction processes across the project lifecycle
  • Support project teams with model coordination, information management, and clash detection
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans and client requirements
  • Drive best practice in digital delivery and collaborative working
  • Liaise with consultants, design teams, and subcontractors throughout delivery
  • Support training and upskilling across project teams where required

Desired experience

  • Previous experience in a Digital Construction / BIM Manager position within construction
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and information management
  • Experience working on commercial construction or refurbishment projects
  • Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within site and design teams
