Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a CCDO Blue Card Operative for a demolition project.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced CCDO Blue Card Operative to join a demolition project on a long-term basis. The role will primarily involve soft strip demolition works, including the removal of internal fixtures, fittings and non-structural elements, whilst maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Duties Include:
- Soft strip demolition works
- Removal of internal fixtures and fittings
- Site clearance and segregation of materials
- Following site health & safety procedures
- Assisting the demolition team as required
Requirements:
- Valid CCDO Blue Card
- Previous demolition and soft strip experience
- Full PPE
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
