As the Site Manager, you'll be working on the Kitchen & Bathrooms contract, based in Leeds/Bradford. With an eye for Health & Safety, you'll be the go-to for all things social housing and leading the team to keep up with standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality service is provided and scheduling work to adhere to company procedures on Kitchen & Bathroom schemes with the local council.
- Lead and manage the team whilst training and mentoring so they can succeed alongside you, clear progression routes will be demonstrated for you and your team.
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager to inspect and analyse the quality of work.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally Social Housing and Construction.
- Skilled in planned works.
- CSCS SMSTS.
