We are looking for a proactive Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager to join a live care home project approaching handover later this year. This role would suit someone ambitious and hands-on, ideally coming from an Assistant Site Manager background, who enjoys being out on site driving quality and pushing internals through to completion.
You'll be focused on all internal works including:
- Fit out coordination
- Snagging and de-snagging
- Quality control
- Managing subcontractors
- Ensuring plots/areas are handed over to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous experience on residential, care home or similar build projects
- Strong eye for detail and quality
- Good subcontractor management skills
- Organised and driven approach
- Ability to work closely with the wider site team to achieve programme deadlines
