A leading specialist contractor delivering complex structural refurbishment, concrete repair, marine, and civil engineering projects across the UK is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of marine and infrastructure projects within the Dover framework. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of technically challenging projects across the marine and civil engineering sectors.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of 4-5 concurrent projects, typically valued between 3m-4m each. This is a hybrid position, requiring approximately 2 days per week on site in Dover, with flexibility to work remotely and travel to project locations as required. The role requires a strong operational leader with proven experience managing marine and heavy civil engineering schemes in live operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marine and civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Oversee project teams, site management, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
