We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large refurbishment and construction project across the estate at HMP Parkhurst. This is a site-based role with 15 months still left to run on site for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily on-site management of contractors and coordination with the Project Manager.
- Act as the key liaison between the contractor's site team and the client to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage daily escort requirements, including permissions for operatives, materials, vehicles, and tools.
- Support planning and coordination including designer planning and safety.
- Oversee site documentation including RAMS, inductions, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
