Job Overview
Fawkes & Reece South are working with a leading main contractor that is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join one of their busy commercial teams. The project is a £90m infrastructure scheme for a local authority, covering earthworks, infrastructure works, coastal defences, revetments & drainage.
Responsibilities
- Accurate monthly forecasting
- Change control management and production of compensation events
- Sending enquiries to subcontractors
- Cashflow forecasts
- Producing and processing formal subcontract documents
- Producing interim and final accounts, including certificates and qualifications
Qualifications
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent subject
- Preferable understanding of civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Right to live and work in the UK
