I m recruiting on behalf of a leading house builder for a Roaming Sales Advisor to cover developments across South East London, Kent, and Essex. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working across multiple sites, delivering excellent customer service, and managing the sales process from first enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales cover across developments in South East London, Kent, and Essex.
- Guide customers through the full home-buying journey.
- Carry out property viewings and build strong customer relationships.
- Liaise with solicitors and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression.
- Support the wider sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Confidently manage both single and multi-manned developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in New Homes sales or estate agency.
- Confident working across multiple developments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends.
