The company specialise in the delivery of drylining, joinery and fire protection services within the NHS and Commercial sectors. They are seeking a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially, you will be working on a scheme in Halifax, which involves the internal refurbishment of two wards within a live hospital environment.
You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- The smooth operational management, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
- Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
- Monitoring the quality of work.
- Liaising with the client.
- Programming works.
- Ordering materials.
- Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained.
Experience needed:
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets.
- You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
The salary on offer is £45-50k (depending on experience) plus a £5k car allowance and other benefits.
