  • Focusing primarily on Social Housing refurbishment such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors and Roofing works.
  • Maintain client relationships through consistent delivery of projects kept within budgets and timelines.
  • You'll be based in either Grimsby or Boston to cover the Lincolnshire area, with hybrid working available on site, in the office and at home.
  • Manage the team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to ensure they feel supported and mentored for professional success.

What you'll need:

  • Relevant qualifications relating to Quantity Surveying
  • Previous experience working in the Social Housing sector
  • Good leadership skills
  • UK Driving Licence
