Key aspects of the role:
- Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
- Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
- Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.
- Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
What you’ll need:
- Essential: Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.
- UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at work
