Receptionist | Office-Based | Full-Time I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my client for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, professional and organised individual who enjoys working with people and would like to be the first point of contact within a busy office environment. 📍 Location: Office-based, 5 days per week 🕐 Hours: Monday - Friday ⏰ 37.5 hours per week The Role As Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients and colleagues, while also supporting the wider office with day-to-day administrative duties. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area Answering and directing incoming calls Handling general enquiries professionally and efficiently Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries Booking meeting rooms and assisting with meeting arrangements Providing general administrative support to the wider team Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment About You The ideal candidate will be: Friendly, approachable and confident Professional and well-presented Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A strong communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment Previous reception or administration experience would be advantageousIf you're looking for your next opportunity and feel this could be a good fit, please get in touch or apply with your CV
