- Budgets, POs, invoices
- Some EA duties (diary management)
- Health and safety
- Relationship management - dealings with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders etc.
- Managing a small team (2 full time receptionists and 1 weekend receptionist)
- General office coordination duties and ad-hoc projects
