Location: 5 days a week in Uttlesford
Need to have construction experience
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to the project Manager and site team.
- Collate, input and keep up to date Viewpoint (4P) site management filing system, Smart Waste, and ensure end of month systems compliance.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors to the site or office and telephone calls (as required).
- Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery.
- Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance.
- Allocating incoming mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally.
- Collate and keep up to date tracking documents/database.
- Arrange necessary stationery and cleaning supplies for the office (as required).
- Collate and keep diaries for senior staff and meeting rooms within the office (as required).
- Any other duties associated with this position which are related to the objectives of the Team or contribute to individual development.
