We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a tier 1 Contractor on a 9 storey residential apartment scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high quality build, delivering modern, multi-unit development to an exceptional standard.
The Role: As finishing foreman, you will take ownership of the final stages of the project, ensuring all units and communal areas are completed to the highest quality, on time, and snag free. You will work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors to drive standards and push the project through to successful handover.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all finishing trades across apartments and communal areas
- Ensure all works are completed to a high specification and in line with drawings
