Assistant Site Manager Opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to be involved with a £60m new build school project in Feltham, West London. The schemes PC is mid 2028 so we need someone for at least 18months. The project is well underway, the steel frame is up and the envelope is being built right now. We need someone to come onto the project and assist the Senior Site Managers with the co-ordination of sub-contractors, monitor health and safety and assist with snagging and inspections. Roles and Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the construction site, including coordination of subcontractors and supervision of a team of 10 or more workers. Ensuring that all work is carried out according to project specifications and within the established timelines. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.Requirements: CSCS SSSTS/SMSTS NVQ qualification, or studying right now Worked on similar size schemes, £50m +Our ideal candidate is someone who is hungry to progress their career and learn from other managers.
