Site Manager - Civil Engineering / Infrastructure 300- 350 per day (CIS) 40-60 Week Contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a long-term contract delivering infrastructure and construction projects.
Rail experience is not essential.
We welcome applications from Site Managers with a strong background in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure who are looking to transition into the rail sector.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations.
Lead Health, Safety and Environmental activities, ensuring full compliance on site.
Prepare and manage site safety documentation, including WPPs, TBRAs and permits to work.
Deliver site safety briefings and maintain all HSE records.
Manage labour, plant and materials to ensure efficient project delivery.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, timesheets and plant records.
Monitor site competencies and maintain appropriate documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, designers and the commercial team.
