Overseeing small team and multiple projects About the role of Commercial Manager Your role as Commercial Manager will be working in a approx £50m TO business, responsible for the commercial and contractual elements of multiple projects and a commercial team. Reporting to the internal directors and board members you will be able to use your previous relevant experience to maintain and grow relationships with internal and external clients. This is an opportunity for someone who has experienced managing multiple projects at various stages and the supply chains. Review and maintain commercial margins to deliver profit Identify improvements in the commercial processes Oversee and advise on variations and change control Complex contracts negotiations Team recruitment and development Requirements for Commercial Manager: The ideal candidate will have experience with the following; Overseeing multiple projects from tender, contract negotiation and management of supply chains Ability to work closely with the internal teams, legal and ops managing PNL for the division Managing riskThe company: Thiscompany have been established over 20 years, have a strong ppeline of work including agreed framework projects.
