As a lead supplier to the UK's premier MEP contractors, we have been approached by a tier one fit-out Contractor to help them in the search for an Electrical Engineer to work on projects ranging in MEP value from £5m to £25M across the following sectors: Commercial fit-out, Life Sciences, Data Centres, Healthcare/Hospitals.
The role involves Pre-construction and Design and typical duties will include:
- Designing and developing Mechanical, HVAC and Ductwork systems RAMS
- Creating technical documents using CAD software (REVIT)
- Conducting research and testing at off-site facilities
- Overseeing quality control
- Collaborating with installation teams on various design and co-ordination issues
- Estimations and variations as required
- Procurement
