Looking for a site manager to work on a long term commercial build. The project value is £3,000,000. Looking for someone who has experience delivering commercial or refurbishment projects at a value over £1,000,000.
Responsibilities of Site Manager:
- Manage the day-to-day running of site
- Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures
- Carry out site inspections and maintain high standards throughout the project
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and health and safety documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and the wider project team
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Requirements of Site Manager:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS black card
- First Aid at Work qualification
- Strong knowledge of current health and safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence
